Ingredients:
• 7 Eggs • ½ cup Butter (melted) • ¾ cup Flour • 1 tsp Vanilla • ¼ kg semi-sweet Chocolate (shredded) • 3½ cups Sugar Powder • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder • 6 tbsp Apricot Jam • 6 tbsp Double Cream

How to make Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Icing:

Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Grease a baking pan with little butter and dust with flour.
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Beat eggs yolks with ¾ cup sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until thickened.
Sift cocoa with flour in another bowl.
Cut in butter and mix until you get fine crumbs.
Mix egg whites with ¾ cup sugar in another bowl and beat until creamy.
Add cocoa mixture and stir well gradually.
Add sugar mixture and beat until well blended.
Transfer the batter into the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 170 °C and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Remove and cool.
Heat chocolate in a saucepan, stirring frequently, on low flame until completely melted. Take off from heat.
Mix cream with 2 cups sugar powder and beat until well blended.
Slice the cake horizontally into 2 parts.
Spread apricot jam over the lower piece and cover up with the top piece.
Decorate the cake with chocolate icing.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup Sugar • 2 Eggs • ½ tsp Baking Powder • ¾ cup Banana Puree • ½ cup sliced Almonds • 250 g raw whole Almonds (toasted) • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice • Icing Sugar (to garnish) • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

How to make Almond Banana Cake:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Butter a heart-shaped flan tin and place a baking sheet on it.
Grind whole almonds in a grinder, until finely powdered.
Beat eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add almond powder, banana puree, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until uniformly combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for around 45 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Serve thereafter.

Ingredients:
• 3 cups Granulated Sugar • ½ pound Butter • 3 cups Flour • ¾ cup Evaporated Milk • ¼ cup Water • ½ cup Shortening • 5 Eggs • ¼ tsp Salt • 2 tsp Almond Extract

How to make Almond Pound Cake:

Butter a 12 cups bundt pan.
Beat sugar along with butter and shortening until light and creamy, in a large bowl.
Stir in eggs one by one, beating after each addition.
Combine flour, salt and almond extracts and add to creamy mixture.
Pour in water and milk and mix well.
Pour the mixture into prepared pan and bake at 320 degrees F for 90 minutes.
Leave for 15 minutes to cool.
Take out from pan and serve.

Ingredients:
• 4 Apples (peeled, cored and sliced) • 1 tbsp Baking Powder • 2 cups White Sugar • 4 Eggs • 2 tsp Cinnamon (ground) • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour • 5 tbsp White Sugar • 5 tbsp Brown Sugar • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

How to make Apple Cake:
Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
Take a different bowl and put vegetable oil, sugar (2 cups) and eggs into it. Beat the mixture well.
Now, blend the egg mixture and flour mixture until smooth.
Take a small bowl and mix brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon in it.
Pour half of the oil-egg batter into a pan. Add 2 apples followed by half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the pan.
Repeat the last step.
Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 350 degree F for about 50-70 minutes.
Let the cake cool. Invert the pan over a plate.
Apple Cake is ready to serve.
